| CHANGES TO MOBILE HOMES ACT FOR SCOTLAND |  |
| IMPORTANT TO ALL SCOTTISH RESIDENTS Amendments to the Mobile Homes Act have been laid before the Scottish Parliament. | |
| The Mobile Homes Act (Amendment of Schedule 1) (Scotland) Order 2013 was laid in the Scottish Parliament on 14 May 2013. The lead committee considering the Order will report to Parliament by 22 June and it is hoped that it will become law in September 2013. Consultant David Tweddle (Lancs) is representing IPHAS at meetings held in Scotland to discuss new park home legislation for Scottish residents.
