Membership of The Independent Park Home Advisory Service

Membership Information
IPHAS welcome membership from all quarters but must point out that we are only able to give very limited advice to residents living in holiday homes on Holiday Parks.  This is because different legislation applies to each sector.  We can provide details of a National Holiday Caravan Owners' Association. (See our Publications page). For further information on Holiday Park Legislation please see our Links page.

IPHAS offer two types of membership, Individual and Block.

  • INDIVIDUAL. For homes where there is no IPHAS park agent or 'Distributor' and/or there are less than 5 IPHAS registrations on the park.

  • BLOCK. Where one registrant has undertaken to become an IPHAS distributor, collects fees and distributes the 'Advisor' news sheet. 5 or more homes need to be registered and each receive a 20% discount over Individual Membership.

Please note. Your registration fee applies to each household NOT each individual.

 

Confirmation of Membership and Membership Certificates will be sent via post on successful receipt of the correct fees regardless of how the application is made.
